What we collect
NephroZayan does not require an account or login, does not run advertising or analytics, and does not sell personal information. Browsing the site is designed to work without submitting personal data.
Nephro-Calc is temporary-only
Clinical inputs, calculation results, labels, and session history stay in memory in the current browser tab only. The calculator does not write those clinical values to localStorage or IndexedDB, does not upload them to NephroZayan, and clears them when the tab is closed or the page is reloaded.
Do not enter names, medical record numbers, contact details, or any other patient identifiers. The calculators are educational tools, not a clinical record system.
Preferences and technical services
Non-clinical preferences such as display theme, units, favourites, recent calculator links, and text size may be stored locally to improve usability. Browser caching and service-worker storage may also keep app assets. Cloudflare and hosting providers may process standard network and security information to deliver and protect the site. External services such as PubMed have their own privacy policies.
Email and error reports
If you email nephrozayan@gmail.com, your email address and message are received through the email provider and may be retained for support, safety, or editorial follow-up. Please remove all patient identifiers before sending a report.
Deletion and your choices
Reloading or closing the calculator clears clinical inputs and results from the active session. You can clear locally stored non-clinical preferences through your browser or device site-data controls. Email records are managed through the mailbox provider.
Educational use only
NephroZayan does not establish a clinician–patient relationship and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. Seek urgent care for emergencies.
